H.E. Mr. Al Harbi serves as the Deputy Minister of Commerce and Investment, as well as the General Supervisor of the Deputy Ministry for Foreign Trade.

Mr. Al Harbi has dynamic management career in Governmental Foreign trade, International bilateral Relations & Government Commitments in international organizations (ie, WTO, GAFTA).

Also have an intensive investment & retail banking, within a competitive business market with extensive product knowledge coupled with creative ideas for products and a solid outstanding history of sales success.

Previous to his position Mr. Al Harbi held several important positions such as the CEO of Emirates NBD Capital, Deputy CEO of KSB Capital Group, as well as the Head of Wealth Management and Sales and Marketing at Global Investment House and Albilad Investment Company.

Mr. Al Harbi is a Member of the Board of several institutions such as The Electricity and Co-Generation Regulatory Authority, Small and Medium Enterprises Authority, Special Foundation Committee for King Abdul Aziz Airport.
