Lahcen Daoudi
Mr Lahcen Daoudi, appointed by His Majesty King Mohammed VI on 5 April 2017, Minister Delegate to the Head of the Government in charge of General Affairs and Governance, was born on January 5, 1947 in Beni Mellal.
Mr. Daoudi, who was Minister of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Training of executives in the previous government, holds a bachelor's degree, a postgraduate degree and a postgraduate doctorate in economics Of the University of Lyon II (France), in addition to a doctorate in the same discipline obtained at the Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah University in Fez.
He has served as an assistant professor at Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah University in Fes, as a lecturer in economics, deputy director for social action at the Entraide nationale, as a deputy, as deputy chairman The House of Representatives and the Justice and Development Group (PJD) chairman in the same Chamber.
Author of several studies and research, including "What integration for the Arab world?", "The region, a terminology for development", "Towards an approach to the concepts of development and integration" and "The financial market and Process of privatization in Morocco" , Mr. Daoudi participated, as coordinator of the experts, in the evaluation of the program of social priorities (BAJ 1) on behalf of the Ministry of Planning and the World Bank.
He also participated in the development of the town plans of Tiznit, Ouazzane, the old town of Taza and Jorf El Melha.
