Mr. Sigalas is the Vice President & Managing Director for Southern Europe. He joined Hill International in London in 2005 and since then has lead or served significant project management and advisory services appointments internationally.  Among other, recent roles include PM Director for the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Health Initiative Program, PM Director for the Re-development of Astir Palace, Project Executive of the Independent Engineer for the Port of Piraeus Concession, Project Manager of the Technical Advisory team to the HRDAF in connection with the Privatization of Hellinikon SA. He has been the Lead Technical Advisor on several asset acquisition or project finance transactions internationally working for investment funds and lenders. He holds the Degree of Civil Engineer from NTUA and a Master in Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
